Challenging posture, balance, mobility, strength and coordination through modern dance and creative movement, accompanied by a broad range of music. Louise Collinson
Louise is a freelance dance artist and choreographer with a track record for creating large-scale community projects involving dancers of all ages and abilities. She uses her experience in a range of dance styles and body techniques in both her teaching and choreography. Louise is Creative Director of Body in Mind Pilates Ltd.
