Break dancing is an athletic and acrobatic style of dance, which combines spins with body popping and mock fighting moves. You will gain good upper body strength, flexibility and balance. Loose sportswear and trainers are essential to allow free movement, smooth spinning and good grip when launching into the moves.
Boogie & Foggy
James Fogerty (aka Foggy) started dancing aged 13 at Derby Dance with Storm, led by Leonard Jackson. He continued to become a crtically acclaimed breakdancer, both on his own and as a member of the Trinity Crew. He has won competitions and peformed with all the stars, working all over the UK and Europe teaching and performing his unique style of b-boying or breakdance.
